I am pretty sure that all readers hate when they fall into a reading slump and they cannot get out of it and find that days are passing and they haven't read any books. Let's face it.. they suck. Sometimes you may even want to read but nothing interests you!
I usually fall into a slump because of these reasons:
1. I read so much and so many books that I am just tired of reading and want to take a break.
2. I just don't have much time to read so when I have some time I just want to relax or catch up on the internet.
I am actually in a reading slump right now. I want to read but just don't even when I had time. I read 20 books in July (a wrap-up will be up soon) and I think I may just be exhausted from all of that reading. I also had a camp this week so I didn't have much time to read. I think this slump was caused by both of those reasons I listed above. I haven't even finished a book yet during the month of August.
Have you ever been through a reading slump? How long was it? What are some things you do to try and come out of the slump?
